Applicants must meet all the following minimum eligibility criteria to be considered: 1. Legal Registration Valid registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and current Tax Clearance Certificate. 2. Technical Specialisation Applicants must be manufacturers, authorised distributors, or specialised suppliers in the specific equipment category(ies) for which they are bidding (e.g., tailoring equipment, ICT equipment, catering equipment). General merchandise dealers, brokers, agents, and third-party intermediaries without direct technical capacity shall not be eligible. 3. Proven Track Record Evidence of at least three (3) similar supplies executed within the last three (3) years. Copies of contracts, purchase orders, delivery notes, or completion certificates must be provided. 4. After-Sales and Warranty Capacity Evidence of after-sales support, warranty arrangements, and access to spare parts within Nigeria. 5. Financial and Operational Capacity Demonstrated ability to execute bulk supply and timely delivery across multiple states. 6. Physical Presence Evidence of a verifiable business address and operational office or warehouse in Nigeria, preferably within or near the delivery state(s). 7. Compliance History No record of contract termination, blacklisting, or serious contractual disputes within the last three (3) years. Failure to meet any of the above requirements shall result in automatic disqualification. General Conditions The organisation reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, in whole or in part, and is not bound to accept the lowest bid. Successful bidders shall execute the contract directly and shall not subcontract, assign, or transfer any part of the supply obligation to third parties without prior written approval from Young Africa. The use of unauthorised intermediaries, brokers, or middlemen shall constitute grounds for immediate disqualification or termination. Young Africa reserves the right to verify all information provided by applicants, including conducting site visits, reference checks, and physical inspection of warehouses, workshops, or showrooms. Submission of false or misleading information shall result in disqualification. Late submissions will not be considered. All prices must be quoted in Nigerian Naira (). Payment terms will be agreed upon post-award and must comply with the organisations procurement policy. Suppliers are expected to reside in the state of contract delivery.
