Tenders are invited for Supply of Cleaning/Sanitary Services Required by Regional Engineers Office, Negombo Non-refundable Fee (Rs.) 1000/-. Refundable Bid Guarantee/Cash Deposit (Rs.) 30000/-. Interested bidders for the above may obtain a complete set of bid documents 011 submission of a written request to the Regional Engineer Negombo, and payment of the non-refundable fee separately for each category on any working day from 13.02.2026 to 26.02.2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. During that period, the bid documents may be inspected free ol charge. Sealed bids in duplicate should be enclosed in separate envelopes indicating the item name at the top left corner,should be deposited in the bid box kept at the Regional Engineers Office, Negombo before 10.00 a.m. on 27lh February 2026 or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Regional Engineers Office, 71/7, Lewis Place, Negombo. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the acceptance of bids in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who attend in person. All bids should be accompanied by a certified copy of the receipt issued for the payment of the refundable deposit as specified in the bid documents or the bid security.
