Tenders are invited for Supply Cleaning & Janitorial Services for Head Office, Regional Offices and Nature Field Centers 2026/2027 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Director (Administration), Central Environmental Authority, No.104, "Parisara Piyasa", Ballaramulla (Telephone Nos. 0112 124623,0112 873447) and inspect the necessary documents free of charge between 09.00 am and 03.00 pm on working days from 13.02.2026 to 04.03.2026 at Administration Unit , Central Environmental Authority, No. 104. "Parisara Piyasa", Baltaramulla. Further, a Model Bid Document is available on www.cea.lk under procurement notice. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Director (Administration), Central Environmental Authority, No 104, Denzil Kohbekaduwa Mawatha, Baltaramulla and upon payment of a lion- refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 from 13.02.2026 during normal working days between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. The payment should be made in cash to Shroff, Financial Unit of CKA or relevant amount should be deposited to CKA A/C No. 0002937303 at the BOC - Pelawatta Branch Sealed envelopes together with all the other duly perfected required documents should be delivered by Registered Post / Courier service to reach the following address on or before 05.03.2026 at 2.00 p.m. or deposited in the Tender Box provided for this purpose at Lobby area near Receptionist, Central Environmental Authority. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidders authorized representatives at the address shown below. The late bids will be rejected and unopened.
