Leased Building at No. 04, Victoria Place, Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo 08 (adjacent to the main Building). Leased Building at No. 02, Dudley Senanayaka Mawatha, Borella, Colombo 08. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).
