The Project Bank System Must Be Suitable For Managing Hus Kiinteistöt Oys Various Construction Projects, From Large Hospital Construction Projects To Smaller Renovation Construction Projects. The Project Banking System To Be Procured Must Be Completely Ready At The Time Of Submission Of The Offer. The Required Features Must Also Be Enabled. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Project Banking System That Will Be Used By The Customer And The Related Services. The Object Of The Acquisition Includes: • Software Service And Its Implementation, Covering The Project Banking System That Is The Object Of The Acquisition As A Saas Service, Incl. Support For Its Use, As Well As All The Tasks And Measures Required To Bring The Software Service In Line With The Agreed Requirements And Successfully Implement It. • The Monthly Price Of The Software Service With The Features Mentioned In The Request For Quotation. Monthly Prices Must Include All Maintenance And Operating Costs, Necessary Resources And Capacity, Both For The System And Any Related Sub-Applications, Modules, Mobile Applications, User Interfaces And Interfaces, Which Are Necessary For The Software Service To Be Implemented In Accordance With The Procurement Requirements. In Addition, The Monthly Prices Must Include Usage Support Services In Finnish. • Other Procurement-Related Expert Services • The Right To Expand The Project Banking System With New Add-Ons And Services. Based On This Purchase And The Resulting Purchase Agreement, The Customer Has The Right To Expand The Chosen Software Service With New Features, Modules Or Other Similar Add-Ons And Services. Such Add-Ons And Services Must Be Related To The Original Intended Use Of The System That Was Purchased. The Systems Server Must Be Located In The Eu. The System Must Meet The Physical, Technical And Organizational Requirements Of Safety Classes Iii And Iv. In This Procurement, The Lowest Price Is Used As The Basis For The Overall Economic Advantage. It Is A Total Procurement, I.E. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Procurement Forms An Appropriate Whole. One (1) Operator Will Be Selected As The Supplier. The Bidder Who Meets The Suitability Requirements And Gave The Most Favorable Bid Will Be Selected As The Supplier.
