The Purchase Concerns The Supply Of 2 Electric Buses With A Length Between 9 And 11 M, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications And Under The Conditions Of The Contractual Clauses. The Electric Buses That Will Be Supplied Will Be New And Will Meet All The Conditions Related To Reliability, Security, Comfort, Environmental Protection At The Level Of Current European Norms. Electric Buses Offered Will Be Manufactured By The Same Manufacturer And Under The Same Brand, Following A Unitary Solution. All Subassemblies And Component Parts Will Be Stock, Interchangeable. The Bus, As A Whole, Which Includes The Important Subassemblies (Drive Axle, Front Axle, Compressor, Steering Box, Power Steering Pump, Electric Motor, Alternator/Alternators, Accumulator Batteries, Bodywork, Heating Equipment, Air Conditioning, Etc.), Must Be Guaranteed By The Bus Supplier, Through Warranty Certificates, Accompanied By Certificates Of Conformity. All The Subassemblies And Components That Equip The Electric Buses Must Have A Normal Operation, Without Changing Their Performance In The Environmental Conditions In Which The Vehicles Operate. Electric Buses Will Allow Both Slow Charging And Fast Charging Of The Electric Batteries They Are Equipped With. The Electric Buses Will Have Approvals, Of The Type Granted By The Competent Authorities, So That They Can Be Registered In Romania, Taking Into Account: Regulation (Eu) Gsr 2019/2144 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of November 27, 2019, Regulation (Eu) 2018/858 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of May 30, 2018, Directive 2019/1161/Ce On The Promotion Of Non-Polluting And Energy-Efficient Road Transport Vehicles, Of Order 2132/2005 - Rntr 7 And Order 2024/2020-Rntr 2, With All Subsequent Amendments And Additions And Will Be Carried Out, In Accordance With The Laws Adopted Regarding Access To Electric Buses For People With Disabilities, Respectively The Updated Order 189/2013 And The Law 448/2006 Updated. The Delivery Period Is A Maximum Of 9 Months. The Delivery Of The Buses Will Be Accompanied By A Series Of Related Activities, As Required By The Award Documentation, Consisting Of: - The Delivery Of Sdvs And Specific Equipment, Documents, Application Software (With Unlimited Time License), Spare Parts And Initial Equipment Materials, Landmarks And Consumable And High-Wear Materials. Etc., Provided In The Annexes To The Contract. - Ensuring The Service Activities And Repair Of Defects, During The Warranty Period, According To The Specifications Of The Specifications, - Ensuring The Training Of The Purchasers Staff, In Accordance With The Obligations Assumed In The Technical Proposal
