The Construction Works Are Aimed At Modifying The Individual Pavilions Of The Hospital Complex With The Polyclinic In Order To Reduce The Energy Demand And Operation From The Point Of View Of Energy Saving Of The Individual Buildings. This Mainly Concerns The Insulation Of The Perimeter Walls Of The Buildings, The Insulation Of The Roof Structures, The Complex Replacement Of The Fillings Of The Openings In The Perimeter Walls — Windows And Doors Of Individual Pavilions, The Partial Reconstruction Of The Heating Of The Individual Buildings And The Implementation Of New So-Called Green Technologies Such As Photovoltaic Panel Technology. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of: • Implementation Of The Work According To The Technical Specification - See Annex E.1, Annex E.2 And The Requirements Annex E.3 Of These Tender Documents, In The Sense Of The Statements Of The Concerned Authorities In The Framework Of The Building Procedure, Building Permit And Announcement Of Building Modifications. • Warranty Period For 5 Years From The Completion And Delivery Of The Work. The Building Will Be Handed Over For Use After The Completion Of Individual Construction Objects, Gradually According To The Possibilities Of Operation Based On Acceptance Protocols And Approval Of Individual Objects. The Building Can Be Inspected Separately For Each Object. The Applicant Acknowledges That The Work Will Take Place During The Full Operation Of The Building In Which Health Care Is Provided. Any Unintentional Shutdown, Deactivation Or Other Prevention Of The Use Of A Part Of The Building That Was Not Approved By The Construction Supervisor (Hospital Management) Can Lead To A Threat To The Health And Life Of The Patient. The Contractor Must Plan And Then Carry Out All His Work Taking Into Account The Fact That The Buildings Will Be In Full Operation Even During The Reconstruction.
