The Current 5,000 M2 Building Right Of The Y-Plot Of The Sports Building With A Floor Area Of 5,793 M2 Will Be Increased To An Estimated 7,500 M2 With A Site Plan Change To Enable A New Expansion. The Floor Area Of The Building Increases By An Estimated 1278 M2. The Plots Current Building Right Has Already Been Exceeded By 793 M2. The Swimming Hall Will Be Expanded On The Plot To The West Over The Existing Yard Area Of The Plot And The Maintenance Route Of The Ball Hall.
