As Part Of The Development Of The Mansfeld Site In Clausen, The Mansion Located At 53, Allée Pierre De Mansfeld, Will Be Transformed Into A Cultural And Community Center. The Scale Of The Project Is Approximately 4,310 M3. The Mission Includes The Renovation Of The Mansion And The Construction Of An Extension. The Project Consists Of A 140M2 Multifunctional Room Annexed To The House, Small-Scale Meeting Rooms, An Equipped Assembly Kitchen And A Smaller-Scale Kitchen. The Building Is Made Up Of A Basement Level, Two Above-Ground Levels And An Attic Level.
