Architectural Design Services - Design And Authors Supervision For A Site: Reconstruction, Remodeling And Expansion Of An Existing Zoo On The Territory Of Pi 68850.508.7 And Pi 68850.508.6 According To The Kkkr Of The City Of Stara Zagora. The Project Should Include A Master Plan, Projects For Habitats Of Wild Animals With Conditions Close To Their Natural Habitats, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zbr, Regulation No. 6/23.10.2003, The Good Practices Of The European Association Of Zoos And Aquariums (Eaza) And According To The Development Plan And The Plan For Conservation Activities Of Stara Zagora Zoo, As Well As The Construction Of All The Necessary Infrastructure For The Proper Operation Of The Zoo. The Project Should Contain The Following Parts: Technological Architectural; Parking And Beautification; Constructive; Electrical; Waterworks; Tovk Energy Efficiency Geodesic; Road Organization And Safety Of Traffic And Temporary Organization And Safety Of Traffic; Fire Safety Safety And Health Plan; Construction Waste Management Plan; Engineering-Geological Report And Other Necessary For Issuing A Building Permit. The Investment Project Should Be Developed In The Technical Phase. The Individual Parts Of The Investment Project Must Be Developed According To The Terms And Conditions In Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects.
