The Project Involves The Design And Implementation Of The Task Creation Of An Educational Garden At Łęgi In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Project Protection And Regeneration Of Naturally Valuable Areas Along With Educational Activities In The Beskid Agglomeration - Stage I. The Aim Of The Project Is To Increase The Attractiveness, Functionality And Provide The Area To Users As A Place For Recreation, Relaxation And Therapeutic Support. The Scope Of The Order Includes: - Design Works; - Construction Works; - Renovation And Renovation Of Pedestrian Routes Along With The Designation Of New (Designed Ones); - Development Of The Designed Areas With Greenery And Elements Of Small Architecture; - Construction Of A Lighting Installation; - Manufacture And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: Installation Of Benches With Backrests, Installation Of Benches Without Backrests, Installation Of Birdbaths, Installation Of A Pergola, Installation Of A Garden Sail, Installation Of Cassette Vegetable Gardens, Installation Of A Bicycle Rack, Installation Of Waste Bins, Installation Of A Greenhouse, Installation Of An Educational Imitation Of A Sheep Pen, Installation Of Hedgehog Houses, Installation Of Nesting Boxes For Birds, Installation Of Bat Boxes, Installation Of Educational Boards, Installation Of Planting Tables, Installation Of Composters, Installation Of Chalk And Magnetic Boards, Installation Of External Magnifying Glasses; - Construction And Installation Of The Designed Stylized Economic Development; - Construction Of Community Gardens With Water-Permeable And Wood-Chip Surfaces; - Installation Of Water Intake Points. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Marking Out Facilities In The Field, Cleaning The Construction Site, Post-Construction Surveying And Removing Defects During The Warranty Period. The Ordering Party Requires That, During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Performs At Least Two Garden Care Every Year - Spring And Autumn. Spring Care Includes: - Removal Of Winter Covers; - Removal Of Leftover Leaves; - Pruning Of Bushes And Perennials; - Fertilization Of Plants; - Weeding. Autumn Care Includes: - Removal Of Leaves; - Pruning Of Bushes And Perennials; - Winter Protection Of Plants With Agrotextiles, Straw, Bark Or Mounds; - Autumn Fertilization; - Weeding. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 24-Month Warranty. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, In Connection With The Award Of The Contract In The Design And Build Formula, The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of Polish Law, In Particular: - Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits Required By The Provisions Of Polish Law, Including: 1. Updating The Basic Situation And Elevation Map, To A Map For Design Purposes Certified By The Competent Authority, At A Scale Of 1:500, (The Ordering Party Has A Basic Map On A Scale Of 1:500),2. Preparation Of The Construction
