The Warranty For Completed Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is A Minimum Of 24 Months. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of Used Equipment And Materials, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills, Under The Supervision Of The Ordering Partys Representatives - The Investors Supervision Inspector.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Building Undergoing Renovation Is A Historic Building, Therefore The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Taking Into Account The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1292).7. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed With The Participation Of Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction.8.
