The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Small Architectural Objects - A Playground, A Beach Volleyball Court And A Gazebo As A Meeting Place For Residents, Designed On Plot No. 810, Skorzewo District In The Kościerzyna Commune. As Part Of The Above, A Fence For The Playground And Playing Field As Well As Hardened Access Areas Are Also Planned. The Investment Should Include: A Wooden Gazebo With Benches And Tables With A Concrete Block Floor, A Beach Volleyball Court With A Fence, A Fenced Playground Equipped With A Large Play Set, A Spring Swing, A Rope Swing, A Storks Nest Swing, A Swing Swing, And Carousels. Disc, The Playground Will Also Include Benches, A Waste Bin And A Board With Playground Regulations. Access To The Facilities Should Be Made Of Concrete Blocks. 8 Cm. The Ordering Party Also Places On The Website Bills Of Quantities, But They Serve Only As Informational Material Of An Auxiliary Nature, Which Is Not An Annex To The Swz And Is Not A Document Applicable In These Proceedings. The Contractor May Use It On A Voluntary Basis And Under His Own Responsibility. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or Other Chapters Of This Tor Contains A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Ensure Obtaining Technical Parameters And Quality Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Or Trademarks, Patents, Sources Of Origin Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
