Kamienna 2, 87-162 Lubicz And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Construction Practices, As Well As In Accordance With, Among Others, With The Decision On Building Permit No. 218/2025 Of November 24, 2025. Case Number: Ab.6740.311.2025.Acel Of The Staroste Of Golubsko-Dobrzyński. The Planned Investment Is Located On A Plot With Geod. No. 1/2, 04 District Register: Kowalewo Pomorskie, Kowalewo Pomorskie Commune, Golubsko-Dobrzyński Poviat, Voivodeship Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Subject Of The Task Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Structural Elements Of The Building In Question So That The Load-Bearing And Serviceability Limit States Specified In The Design Standards As Well As Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions Are Met So That The Facility Can Be Safely Used. The Planned Scope Of Construction Works Does Not Change The Existing Development Of The Area And Does Not Change The Current Use Of The Building. I Part Of The Order: As Part Of The First Part Of The Order, The Ordering Party Plans To Perform The Following Stages: A) Strengthening The Roof Structure, B) Strengthening The Ceiling Structure, C) Repairing The Partition Wall Separating The Boiler Room, D) Ventilation Of The Rooms, E) Insulating Chimneys, F) Repairing Wall Cladding On The Ground Floor Of The Building In The Kitchen Facilities.
