Part I Of The Order: Two-Day Silesian Convention Of Reintegration Entities: The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Provided By Establishments Offering Meals And Accommodation Regarding The Two-Day Convention Of Reintegration Social Economy Entities, Which Will Be Held In May Or June 2026 (Preferred Days: Thursday - Friday, The Exact Date Will Be Agreed With The Selected Contractor Before Signing The Contract). A Maximum Of 80 Participants Of The Convention Are Expected (Including A Maximum Of 80 Participants Taking Part In The First Day Of The Convention And A Maximum Of 70 Participants Taking Part In The Second Day Of The Convention). The Service Includes: 1 Accommodation And Meals, Which Consists Of: 1 Breakfast, 2 Lunches, 1 Integration Gala Dinner And 3 Coffee Breaks, As Well As The Provision Of Training Facilities And Equipment During The Convention - 1 Conference Room For At Least 80 People, Available On The First Day. And The Second Day Of The Convention, And 2 Workshop Rooms Easily Accommodating At Least 35 People Each, Available On The Second Day Of The Convention.
