The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By: 1) Bill Of Quantities, 2) List Of Materials, 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Submitting An Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit To The Place Of Work, I.E. In The Premises Located On The First Floor Of The Building At Ul. Praska 52 In Krakow. The Ordering Party Sets The Following Dates For The On-Site Visit: February 18, 2026 From 10:00 A.M. To 11:00 A.M. And On February 23, 2026 From 10:00 -11:00. Offers From Contractors Whose Presence At The On-Site Visit Is Not Confirmed On The Attendance List Will Be Rejected In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. Representatives Of Contractors Who Will Participate In The On-Site Visit Should Have Appropriate Authorization From A Specific Contractor Or Should Prove That They Represent The Indicated Contractor.4. Work Completion Dates: Commencement Of Construction Works Within 3 Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site; The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Indicated In The Information On The Outcome Of The Proceedings (March 2026); Completion Of Construction Works Within 30 Working Days From The Date Of Handover Of The Construction Site.5.
