The Scope Of The Task Includes The Expansion Of The Lighting On The Sports Field In Smarchowice Śląskie By Two Lamps, In Particular: • Assembly And Insertion Of Two Steel Lighting Poles, 10.0 M High Each With Prefabricated Foundations, • Pulling Cables Into The Lamp Pole And Connection To The Existing Electrical Network In The Ground, • Installation Of Two External Led Floodlights On Poles With A Power Of 200 W Each, • Carrying Out Appropriate Tests And Electrical And Geodetic Measurements. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Technology And Method Of Its Execution Are Presented In The Bill Of Quantities And The Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party: • All Materials Used In The Execution Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Certificates And Technical Approvals, Which Must Be Provided To The Ordering Party. • Warranty Period – Min. 60 Months; Max. 96 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law, 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location, 3) The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products, 4) All Necessary Provisions In The Field Of Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection And Applicable Standards, Applicable Polish Norms And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge. Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: Excessive Technical Difficulties, Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution And Difficulties In Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And The Offer.
