1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of Pavilion No. 7 On The Premises Of The Care And Treatment Facility In Warsaw At Ul. Mehoffera 72/74.2. The Main Purpose Of Carrying Out The Construction Work Is: 1) Reducing The Demand For Final Energy, 2) Reducing The Volume Of Co2 Emissions, 3) Saving Energy Costs In The Building Related To Reducing The Consumption Of Energy Carriers. 3. The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation Contains Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Only Auxiliary Documents And Are Not Binding On The Contractor. Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities Should Be Read Together And Coherently.4. The Order Includes The Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building, Which Involves Changing The Layout Of The Kitchen Facilities, Renovating The Roof, Insulating The Walls With Thermal Insulating Paint, Replacing External And Internal Joinery And Renovating The Interior.5. The Ordering Party Informs About The Need To Participate In The On-Site Visit. Participation In The On-Site Visit Is Obligatory - Participation In The On-Site Visit Is A Condition For Submitting An Offer In The Procedure, And Failure To Complete The Visit Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.
