The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The First Stage Of Works Related To The Renovation Of The Governments Living Quarters In The Swadzim Farm2 Area. Adaptation Of The Existing Rooms On The Ground Floor - A Separate Apartment Is Planned. Note: The Scope Of This Stage Does Not Include Works Related To The Finishing Of The Rooms (Floors, Walls, Ceilings). The Apartment Consists Of 3 Rooms, A Kitchen, A Bathroom, A Pantry Room And A Corridor. The Project Assumes Maintaining The Original Use Of The Rooms, With Minor Changes. It Was Planned To Replace All Windows In The Apartment. Currently, The Building Is Equipped With Wooden, Casement, Two- And Four-Sash Windows, With Transoms Dividing The Quarters. It Was Assumed That The Joinery Would Have To Be Replaced With New, Wooden One That Would Meet The Current Thermal Insulation Requirements And At The Same Time Duplicate The Existing Drawing Of The Geometric Division Of The Windows. The Requirements For Window Joinery Are Specified In The Joinery List. The Entrance And Interior Doors Are Also Being Replaced. The New Joinery Imitates The Character Of The Existing Joinery, The Entrance Door To The Premises Needs Renovation.
