Regarding Material And Financial Handling Of Transactions, Monitoring And Analyses, Control And Audit, As Well As The Internal Organization Of The Ordering Partys Work And Reporting To External Entities (Hereinafter Referred To As The System), Including: A. Delivery Of A Perpetual License For The Offered System And Software Necessary For Its Proper Functioning: Operating Systems, Database Engines, Etc., B. Implementation Of The System Along With Installation On The Contractors Own Infrastructure, C. Conducting Tests Of The Entire System In Terms Of Functionality And Performance, Along With Providing The Ordering Party With Support In Testing Individual Functionalities Of The System And The Entire System Before Launch, As Well As After Launch, E.G. After Introducing New/Changed Functionalities, D. Training Of All Employees Of The Wielkopolska Development Fund Sp. Z O.O. (Hereinafter Referred To As Wfr) In The Following Scope:I. Use Of The System, I.E., Among Others Efficient Navigation Of Users Around The System, Using All Its Functionalities, Entering Data And Creating Reports, Generating Views In The Database, Discussing Connections Between Database Tables, Max. 50 People,Ii. Substantive Administration Of The System, I.E., Among Others Editing Rules Creating Documents/Forms, Validation Rules And The Forms And Sheets Themselves At A Level Higher Than Users, Methods Of Manually Adding Data To The Database For Selected Documents, Creating Users, Roles And Authorizations, The Possibility Of Viewing Activities Performed By The System User In Real Time (If The System Allows Preview), Full Access To Logs Along With Their Interpretation And Analysis, Max. 10 People, Iii. Technical Administration Of The System Must Include, Among Others: Editing The Smtp/Imap Configuration Of The System, Editing Network Connections Of The System And Its Components, The Sequence Of Actions Necessary To Properly Restart The Entire System If Necessary, Full Access To Logs Along With Their Interpretation And Analysis, Generating Views In The Database, Connections Between Tables/Schemas Of The Database, Max. 10 People.E. Training: As Part Of The Offer Remuneration, The Contractor Will Conduct Training For System Users In Its Use, Including In Particular: Navigating The System, Using Basic Functionalities, Entering Data, Creating Reports And Generating Views In The Database. The Training Covers A Maximum Of 30 Users. The Training Will Be Conducted On-Site Or Remotely (Online) - The Form Will Be Agreed Upon At The Stage Of Contract Execution.
