The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of The Service Of Localized Storage, Security And Provision Of Backup Copies Of The Ordering Partys Data, Carried Out In Accordance With The Offer Form And The Technical Offer Submitted By The Contractor. The Backup Service Includes In Particular The Launch Of The Service, Its Implementation, Configuration And Provision Of Ongoing Technical Support Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement. The Order Includes: 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Providing Appropriate And Scalable Disk Space For Storing Backup Copies Of The Ordering Partys Data, Located Outside The Ordering Partys Office, B) Providing Data Backup Services, Including Making Backup Copies, Storing Them Securely And Enabling Data Recovery In Accordance With Established Procedures, C) Constant Monitoring Of The Backup Process And The Availability And Integrity Of Data Covered By The Backup Service, D) Providing Accompanying Services Necessary For The Correct, Safe And Continuous Provision Of The Backup Service, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement And Technical Documentation.
