Tenders Are Invited For Removal Of Workstations Between The Buildings Of The Sopot City Hall And Rooms Rented For The Purposes Of The Office

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Removal Service Consisting In The Transport Of Equipment And Documentation From Rooms In The Buildings Of The Sopot City Hall In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Located In Annex No. 7 To Swz.2. The Service Will Be Implemented In Six Stages. The List Of Equipment That Will Be Transported During The Execution Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. Right Of Option: During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Total Number Of Removal Stages (Max. Two) Beyond The Stages Specified In Section 2 Above, In The Event Of Additional Needs In This Respect, Unforeseeable At The Stage Of The Proceedings. Ordering Additional Stages Of The Relocation Will Result In A Corresponding Increase In The Remuneration Due To The Contractor For The Execution Of The Order. The Option Right Will Be Exercised On The Same Conditions As The Basic Order, But The Possibility Of Using It Will Depend On The Increase In Demand For Relocation Services And Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. The Parties Agree That The Option Right Is Only An Entitlement Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Does Not Have To, Exercise As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims. The Condition For Activation Of The Option Right Is The Submission By The Ordering Party Of A Written Declaration Regarding The Exercise Of The Option Right Within The Scope Specified By The Ordering Party, At Least 7 Days In Advance. 4. The Scope Of Activities Includes The Activities Listed Below: 1) Preparing Works Of Art And Furniture For Transport, 2) Securing The Equipment Against Damage During Transport, 3) Lifting, Transporting, Bringing And Setting Up The Equipment In The Target Location, 4) Preparing The Equipment For Use (Removing Security Measures, Installing Shelves, Unpacking Archival Files, Etc.). 5. The Contractor Will Perform The Services Using Its Own Resources And Resources, I.E. It Is Obliged To Secure All Necessary Materials, I.E. Transport Belts, Bubble Wrap, Trolleys And Provide Its Own Transport At Its Own Expense And Risk. 6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have At Least Three (3) Motor Vehicles With A Gvm Of 3.5 Tons. In The Case Of Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract, The Condition May Be Met By One Of The Contractors. 7. The Design Of The Vehicle Must Enable The Transportation Of An Employee Of The Ordering Party In The Drivers Cabin.8. An Employee Of The Ordering Party Will Be Present During Each Transport. 9. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Have Valid Civil Liability And Accident Insurance Up To The Amount Of Pln 1,000,000.00 (In Words: One Million Zlotys 00/100), To The Extent Covering The Service, As Well As Civil Liability Insurance For The M
