The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Laundry Service For A Period Of 24 Months, Including Disinfection, Washing, Drying And Ironing Of Hospital Linen In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements In Health Care Facilities. The Contractor Shall Ensure The Loading And Unloading Of Dirty And Clean Items At The Place Of Storage In The Warehouse To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Transport Related To The Collection Of Dirty Products From The Ordering Party To The Contractors Laundry And The Delivery Of Clean Products From The Contractors Laundry To The Ordering Party Will Take Place Directly From And To The Warehouse, Using The Contractors Means Of Transport. The Entire Assortment Is Subject To Disinfection. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A. Collection Of Dirty Linen From The Ordering Partys Warehouse, Its Transport, Washing, Ironing, Ironing, Starching, Bed Linen, Hospital Underwear And Medical Clothing And Other Assortment. Hereinafter Referred To As Underwear In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs And Chemical-Thermal Disinfection In The Washing Process Or The Disinfection Of Mattresses With Covers, Pillows, Blankets, And Delivery To The Ordering Partys Clean Linen Warehouse. B. The Order Includes Current Repairs Of Underwear, E.G. Sewing On Buttons, Strings, Stitching. C. Clean Underwear Returned Must Be Folded, Sorted According To The Markings On The Material And Packaged In A Way That Protects Against Contamination During Transport (Two Bags). D. The Order Includes The Transport Of Laundry To And From The Ordering Partys Headquarters By Means Of Transport Owned By The Contractor That Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements, As Well As Bringing In And Collecting Linen From The Place Indicated By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. E. Laundry Services For Particular Assortments And Types Of Items Should Be Performed In Accordance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Current Results Of Microbiological Control Tests On The Effectiveness Of The Bedding Washing Process Before Signing The Agreement And To Provide Current Test Results After 6 Months Of The Agreement. F. It Is Required To Use Technologies That Guarantee High Quality Of Service In Accordance With The Requirements Applicable In The Health Service, With Particular Emphasis On Hospital Recommendations, Ensuring Full Compliance With Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations.G. All Materials And Means Used By The Contractor To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Regulations, Requirements And Standards In Force In Poland And Must Be Approved For Use By The National Institute Of Hygiene.H. The Contractor Is Obliged To Respect The Washing Conditions Specified By The Clothing Manufacturer.I.
