The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Containing Design Solutions For The Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Area Of ​​The Water Treatment Plant In Zajączkowo. The Investment Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Area Of ​​The Water Intake In Zajączkowo (Elimination Of Ac). The Investment Intention Is To Eliminate The Existing Ac Pipeline By Building A New Water Supply Pipe, Providing Residents With Water With Quantitative And Qualitative Parameters Consistent With The Requirements Specified In Polish Standards. The Designed Section Of The Pipeline Is To Enclose The Existing And Designed Hydraulic System Into A Ring: • The Route Of The Water Supply Network Should Be Designed In Accordance With Technical Conditions No. 20/2026 Of January 26, 2026, Issued By Gtkom Sp. Z O. O., Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz; • No Local Development Plan Has Been Adopted For The Plots Covered By The Investment; • Plots With Registration Numbers: 126, 144, 96/3 Are Private Areas, Road Plots (No. 170, 97, 95,127) - Are The Property Of The Tczew Commune; • The Approximate Length Of The Designed Network Is Approximately 489 Meters; • The Proposed Route Of The Water Supply Network Is Presented In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 1.1 The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of A Construction Design Or Development Design For A Plot Or Area In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of A Construction Design (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended) Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Administrative Permits, Including A Building Permit Or A Declaration Of No Comments Regarding The Construction Notification, 2) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 3) All Necessary Materials, Applications, Arrangements, Opinions Required For The Implementation Of The Task Are Obtained By The Contractor On His Own Within The Costs Specified In The Submitted Offer. The Ordering Partys Intention Is To Obtain/Order Such Design Documentation That Will Enable Obtaining A Building Permit/Construction Notification Together With This Permit/Notification In Accordance With Current Regulations (With A Certificate From The Staroste Of Tczew On The Lack Of Objection To The Submitted Construction Works Notification). If There Is No Need To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification, The Designer Will Submit An Appropriate Declaration Along With The Documentation.
