Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Consumables For The Construction Of Prototypes As Part Of The Pre-Incubation Program Organized By The Podkarpackie Innovation Center - Order Divided Into Three Parts

1) Part 1 - Supply Of Materials In The Field Of Electronics - The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part 1 Is The Supply Of Consumables, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Terms Of Item And Quantity, Which Also Constitutes A Detailed Valuation - Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii Of The Swz.3. The Delivery Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Offer Prepared By The Contractor In Accordance With The Conditions Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1, 2 Or 3 To Chapter Iii Of The Swz, Depending On The Part It Concerns, In A Successive Manner, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is Not A One-Off Delivery. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Assortment In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Order, Successively Up To The Maximum Limit Or The End Date Of The Contract, Depending On Which Event Occurs First. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Valuation Form To The Tender Form (Appendix No. 1 To Chapter I Of The Swz), Constituting Annex No. 1, 2 Or 3 To Chapter Iii Of The Swz (Depending On The Part For Which He Is Submitting An Offer). If The Form Referred To In The Previous Sentence Is Not Submitted, The Offer Will Be Rejected. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law
