The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of The European Funds Zone For The Masovian Unit For The Implementation Of Eu Programs During Trips To Outdoor Events Taking Place In The Masovian Voivodeship In 2026. The Order Includes, Among Others: 1. European Funds Zone: A. Providing 6 Tents With A Floor; B. Assembly (Setting Up Tents With The Floor And All Other Elements Constituting The Zones Equipment) And Dismantling Of The Zone; C. Providing Outdoor Furniture To Equip The Area; D. Providing People To Operate The Zone And People To Assemble And Dismantle The Zone; E. Branding The Tents In A Visible, Neat And Aesthetic Way, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Correctness Of The European Funds Logos; F. Production Of The Game Tropes Of Europe In Accordance With The Design And Requirements Of The Ordering Party;2. Attractions Within The European Funds Zone: A. Providing Full Equipment And Elements For Each Attraction In The European Funds Zone; B. Providing Personal Service (Animator/S) In The European Funds Zone For Each Attraction;3. Delivery Of Fruit Or Vegetable Chips, Cereal Bars, Coffee And Fudge;4. Ensuring Transport Of Equipment And All Elements Of The Zone And Service, Including For The Ordering Partys Representatives (Maximum 4 People For Each Event);5. Ensuring Access To Electricity (For Each Device Requiring Connection To The Power Grid, An Appropriate Number Of Generators For The Proper Operation Of Devices Located In The Zone Of European Funds For The Masovian Unit For The Implementation Of Eu Programs);6. Providing Containers For Sorted Waste
