Training Services For The Pedagogical Council Of Primary School No. 13 Unicef With Integration Branches In Bełchatów. The Subject Of The Order Includes: The Training School Free From Discrimination Will Cover 50 Teachers Of The School. Training Date - During The Holiday Break, On Days Off From Teaching Classes When Teachers Are On Duty At School. Training For Two Groups Of 7 Hours (45 Min) - Total 14 Teaching Hours. Training Program: 1. What Anti-Discrimination Education Is And What It Is Not; 2. Discrimination, Micro-Inequalities, Stereotyping; 3. Violence Motivated By Prejudice; 4. Pillars Of Multiculturalism; 5. Gender And Other Identity Features And Violence At School - Differences, Counteracting And Reacting Skills; 6. Code Of Equal Treatment – ​​From Idea To Experience; 7. Education And Development In The Area Of ​​Counteracting Discrimination; 8. Responding To Violence, Discrimination, Microaggression; 9. Equality Language. The Acquisition Of Competences By Teachers As A Result Of Participation In The Training Will Take Place In 4 Stages: I-Scope - Improvement Training In The Field Of: Counteracting Discrimination, 50 School Teachers; Ii - Pattern - Teacher Learning Outcomes As A Result Of Project Activities: The Teacher: Knows What Anti-Discrimination Education Is And Understands Its Importance; Is Able To Recognize Manifestations Of Discrimination And Understands Its Mechanisms; Knows What Solutions Should Be Introduced In The Facility; Knows How To Take Actions To Prevent Discrimination; Knows How To Respond To Violence, Discrimination, Microaggression; Knows How To Use Equality Language And Understands Its Importance; Is Able To Talk To Students About Acts Of Discrimination, Including Aggressors And Victims. Iii - Assessment - At The End Of The Training, Tests Will Be Carried Out To Verify The Skills Acquired By Teachers, Specified In The Template, While Maintaining The Separation Of Functions Between The Education And Validation Processes. Iv - Comparison - Based On Comparison Of The Results Of Pre And Post Tests Will Determine Whether The Requirements Indicated In Stage Ii Are Met. The Substantive Scope Of The Training Will Enable Teachers To Acquire Skills For Anti-Discrimination Education And To Take Actions To Prevent Discrimination And Violence Motivated By Prejudice. The Training Was Conducted By A Training Company That Has The Authorizations Required By Law And Will Issue Appropriate Documents Confirming The Competences Acquired By The Teacher. The Scope Of The Priced Service With The Assumed Total Number Of Hours Includes Conducting Training At The Providers Premises (Primary School No. 13), Providing Training Materials, Travel Costs For Trainers With Appropriate Qualifications And Experience In The Subject Of Training, Assessing Acquired Competences, Proper Documentation Of The Service Provided (Diaries, Attendance Lists, Tests, Certificates).
