The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A Carbon Analyzer And An Oxygen Analyzer Together With An Analytical Scale And A Control Unit, In Accordance With The Technical Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery, Contribution, Installation And Commissioning, And Employee Training Within 20 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. This Is The Maximum Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, Without Any Comments.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Cannot Be The Subject Of Third Party Rights.
