Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services For 30 Children Aged 6-16 Attending A Community Center In The Wzgórze Housing Estate In Starachowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For 30 Children Aged 6-16 Attending The Community Center At The Wzgórze Housing Estate In Starachowice.2. The Service Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project No. Fesw.09.05-Iz.00-0022/25 Entitled Time On The Hill Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyskie For 2021-2027.3. Place Of Delivery: Social Activity Center Ul. Widok 10 A, 27-200 Starachowice.4. Order Completion Date: From March 1, 2026 To February 29, 2028 On Working Days From Monday To Friday.5. The Maximum Expected Number Of Days Of Service Provision Is 502 Business Days (Of Which 211 Business Days In 2026, 251 Business Days In 2027 And 40 Business Days In 2028) During The Contract Implementation Period. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Pay For 30 Meals A Day For Each Business Day Of A Given Month.7. The Contractor Declares That It Has Employees, Qualifications And Conditions, Including An Equipped Catering Facility (Rooms), Necessary To Prepare Mass Catering Services Consisting In The Preparation And Transport Of Hot Meals.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With The Provisions Regarding: Health Conditions Of Collective Catering, Including Sanitary Conditions And Requirements Applicable To The Storage And Preparation Of Food In Sanitary And Epidemiological Conditions For Persons Conducting Business In The Field Of Collective Catering, Regulations Regarding Applicable Nutritional Standards And To Prepare Food Ration In Accordance With Nutritional Standards - Guidelines Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition And The Sanitary Epidemiological Station.9. The Contractor Is Liable For The Consequences Of Violating The Provisions Referred To In Art. 95-104 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, Consolidated Text).10. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Or An Employee Authorized By Him Is Entitled To Check The Quality Of Meals And Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Failure To Meet The Criteria Will Result In Immediate Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor And The Need To Pay A Contractual Penalty.11. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Be Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing The Indicated Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E.
