The Order Covers The Provision Of Comprehensive Services Related To The Ongoing Care Of Green Areas Located In Municipal Cemeteries In Piła, Owned By The Piła Commune, Including: Mowing Grass, Weeds, Annual Suckers From Green Areas Located In Municipal Cemeteries, Raking Leaves From Dirt Paths And Lawns In Autumn, Sweeping Earth, Asphalt And Paving Stone Surfaces, Collecting Dirt Resulting From While Performing Maintenance Work, Collecting Waste From Cemeteries, Emptying Bins, Transporting Waste And Its Disposal.2. The Order Includes Services Related To Raking Leaves From Dirt Paths And Green Areas In Autumn, Sweeping Earth, Asphalt Or Paving Stone Surfaces, Collecting Dirt And Disposal, And Transporting Waste Generated During The Above-Mentioned Works In The Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Motylewska. The Above Works Cover The Period Before All Saints Day And Are To Be Performed From October 25, 2026. Until October 31, 2026 Changing The Date Is Only Allowed If Special Weather Conditions Do Not Allow The Work To Be Carried Out.3. The Order Includes The Provision Of Hedge Cutting Services On All Levels Along The Line Of Shoot Regrowth With Mechanical Shears, Including The Collection And Transport Of Cut Shoots And The Cost Of Disposal. The Work Should Be Carried Out Using Specialist Equipment, With Particular Caution Due To The Gravestones Lying In Close Proximity, As Well As People Visiting The Graves Of The Deceased. Any Contamination Generated During Cutting Should Be Collected Immediately And Removed The Same Day After The Work Is Completed. 4. The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable To The Ordering Party And Third Parties For Damage To The Property Or Health Of Third Parties Occurring During Or In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Repair Or Bear The Costs Of Repairing Damage Caused During Or In Connection With The Performance Of Services. 6. Taking Into Account The Special Place Where Services Are Performed, I.E. Cemeteries, The Contractor Will Exercise All Due Diligence When Performing The Task And Will Not Disturb Funeral Ceremonies. 7. The Contractor Will Equip Its Own Employees Engaged In Care Work With Protective Clothing With The Contractors Logo Visible.8. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.9. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).10. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Waste
