Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Service Consisting In Catching Homeless Animals And Transporting Them To A Shelter For Homeless Animals In The Góra Kalwaria Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Trapping And Transport Of Homeless Animals From The Góra Kalwaria Commune To A Shelter For Homeless Animals.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Humane Trapping And Transport Of Stray Animals, Including Sick Animals And Those Injured In Traffic Accidents, Left Unattended, In Relation To Which It Is Not Possible To Determine Their Owner Or Another Person Under Whose Care They Have Previously Remained, At The Request Of An Authorized Employee Of The Department Of Ecology And Waste Management, The Municipal Guard And The Police From The Góra Kalwaria Commune To The Animal Shelter; 2) Maintaining Readiness To Provide Services 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract (Travel Time Up To 1 Hour From Reporting In The Case Of Road Accidents, Injured Animals And Homeless Animals Posing A Threat To People, For Other Homeless Animals No Later Than 5 Hours After Receiving The Report);3) Trapping Animals Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To Their Life And Health And Do Not Cause Them Suffering; 4) Transport Of Stray Animals In A Vehicle Adapted For This Purpose In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Life And Health; 5) Providing Veterinary Care For Animals During Trapping And Their Transport (Having A Contract With A Veterinarian); 6) Providing First Aid To Farm Animals Involved 7) In Road Accidents; 8) If It Is Necessary To Catch A Farm Animal, Having The Necessary Means To Carry Out The Task (Transporting The Animal To A Designated Farm); 9) Providing First Medical Aid To Homeless Animals After A Road Accident In Order To Stabilize The Animals Health Condition, After Providing First Aid, Transporting The Animal To A Shelter For Homeless Animals Together With 10) Veterinary Documentation And Test Results; 11) Putting Down Blind Litters Of Homeless Animals And Terminally Ill Animals; 12) Euthanizing Caught Animals And Transferring Their Carcasses For Disposal By An Authorized Entity At The Contractors Expense; 13) Documenting A Note Prepared By A Veterinarian, Which Should Be Attached To The List Of Each Euthanasia Case;14) Performing Activities In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Safety 15) And Public Order;16) Obligatory, Immediate Taking Of A Color Photograph Of The Caught Animal (With The So-Called Date Stamp - The Exact Date And Time Of The Intervention);17) Immediately Informing The City Guard Or The Police About The Catching Of The Animal;18) Submitting Each Month Together With The Invoice A List Containing Data 19) About Animals Caught And Returned To The Shelter (Date, Place Of Catch, Type Of Animal, Place Of Current Stay Along With Medical Documentation Of All Procedures Performed In The Veterinary Office, If Necessary); 20) In The Case Of Catching An Animal With A Chip And/Or Owner/Guardian, Releasing The Animal To The Owner/Guardian By The Contractor Without Burdening The Ordering Party And Providing The Ordering Party With The Data Of The Animals Owner; 21) C
