The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services To The Ordering Party In The Hunters Quarters Building Located At Ul. Rzeszowska 153 In Rudnik Nad Sanem And The Hunting House Located At Ul. Rzeszowska 204 In Rudnik Nad Sanem (Hereinafter Referred To As The Accommodation) And In Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Area Of Ohz Lp Lasy Rudnickie. These Are Services In The Field Of Delivery And Serving Meals Consisting In Providing And Organizing Meals In Dining Rooms In The Accommodation Units Using Existing Devices, Equipment And Dishes, Meals Outdoors, During The Stay Of People Related To The Organization Of Hunting, Training, Meetings, Conferences And Other Events Within A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A To This Swz. The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of The Rudnik Forest District. The Contractor Must Offer Sets Of Meat, Vegetarian And Fish Meals In Accordance With Annex No. 1A Within A Period Of 12 Months In Estimated (Maximum) Quantities For The Valuation Of The Offer Quantity: Breakfast 1,800; Lunch 1,500; Dinner; 800; Dinner 500; Recovery Meal 1,200; Outdoor Event (Barbecue) 300; Coffee Break 600; The Total Is Pln 6,700. Examples Of Sets Of Dishes (Meals) For The Offer Valuation Are Included In Annex No. 1A, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contracting Authority Presented The Subject Of The Contract In The Maximum Possible Size, In Justified Cases It Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Subject Of The Contract By A Maximum Of 50%.
