The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Road Construction Designs For The Construction, Extension And Reconstruction Of L-Class Municipal Roads And Internal Roads Without A Specific Technical Class In The Following Towns: Kobylin And Goworówek, Rębisze Kolonia And Rębisze Parcele, As Well As In The Towns Of Jawor Wielkopole, Szarłat - Michałowo, Czernie - Brzezienko, Czernie, Borki, Jemieliste, Pokrzywnica, Rębisze Kolonia, Goworowo, Józefowo Apiaries, Goworowo Commune. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Construction Projects In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Polish Standards And Norms, On The Basis Of The Initial Concept Of The Scope Of Construction, Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Roads In Question, Their Route In The Field And Work Technology, Along With The Necessary Arrangements Agreed With The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Geological Research Of The Area. Road Boundary Lines Should Be Laid In Such A Way As To Eliminate Or Minimize The Need To Relocate Fences Near Properties. In The Event Of A Collision With Markings (E.G. Trees, Fences), The Ordering Party Requires Notification Of This Fact At The Stage Of Preparing A Map For Design Purposes Or The Initial Road Concept. Road Designs Should Provide For The Laying Of An Asphalt Surface On An Aggregate Base, With The Necessary Traffic Safety Elements, A Shoulder Made Of An Aggregate Mixture And The Necessary Road Drainage (If Possible). Exits To Neighboring Roads With An Asphalt Surface Should Be Designed, And On Developed Properties - Exits Made Of Paving Stones; For Undeveloped Plots Adjacent To Roads - Crushed Aggregate Exits. Maps For Design Purposes Including The Determination Of Boundaries Are Prepared By The Contractor. He Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Arrangements, Decisions (Including Decisions On Environmental Conditions For Consent To The Implementation Of The Project Or Decisions On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments - If Necessary) And Opinions Necessary For The Completeness Of The Documentation. The Investor Of The Project Will Be The Mayor Of The Goworowo Commune, Therefore All Arrangements, Decisions And Opinions Must Be Issued To The Mayor Of The Goworowo Commune. The Project Must Contain All The Elements Necessary To Apply For A Building Permit Or A Notification Of Construction Works, Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Partial Payment Under The Order For The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation In Individual Towns. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Prepare Design Studies In Text Version In The Following Quantities: - 5 Copies Of The Construction Design; - 3 Copies Of The Water And Legal Report (If Necessary); - 2 Copies Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; – 2 Copies Of The Investors Cost Estim
