The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery (With Bringing To The Indicated Room) Of Cleaning Products And Equipment Needed To Maintain Cleanliness In Individual Facilities Of Agencja Rozwoju Miejski Siedlce Sp. Z O. O. Successive Deliveries Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template And Swz. By Successive Deliveries, The Ordering Party Understands The Cyclical Delivery Of Cleaning Products Based On Orders Tailored To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Placed In Writing Via E-Mail Or By Phone. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Products That Will Be No Worse In Terms Of Quality And Use Than Those Provided By The Ordering Party. Indicating Equivalence Does Not Mean Proving That The Offered Product Is Better Or Worse Than The Required One, But That It Makes It Possible To Achieve The Intended Effect Using Other Technical Solutions. Proof Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Cleaning Products That Meet All Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 1 To The Swz. The Product Is Intended To Meet The Purpose And Functionality Of The Solution Used, Not Selected Parts Of The Parameter.
