Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services Of Cleaning And Unblocking Sewage Systems, Emptying Tanks And Removing Liquid Waste From Properties Managed By Kzgm In Katowice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Unblocking And Cleaning Sanitary, Combined And Rainwater Sewage Networks, Connections And Installations, Manholes And Storm Inlets, As Well As Emptying Septic Tanks And Overflow Tanks Installed In The City Of Katowice, At Properties Managed By The Ordering Party, Removal And Transfer Of Liquid Waste, Sludge And Other Waste To Catchment Stations. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Unblocking And Cleaning Of Sewage Networks, Connections And Installations Using: Mechanical Methods, A Pressure And Septic Tanker For Pressure Cleaning Of Sewage Systems, 2) Unblocking And Pressure Cleaning Of Sewage Systems Without Pumping Out Waste, 3) Unblocking And Cleaning Of Sewage Systems In Real Estate Using Mechanical Methods Of Cleaning Sewage Systems, 4) Complete Removal Of The Contents Of Manholes Each Time And Inlets And Emptying Them Of Liquid Waste And Other Contaminants Resulting From Unblocking And Cleaning The Sewage System, Together With Their Removal And Disposal, 5) Monitoring The Network, Connections And Sewage Installations With A Specialized Camera, 6) Pumping Out Liquid Waste From Flooded Basements And Other Rooms, 7) Cleaning Of Flow Wells, 8) Immediately Reporting Any Detected Defects To The Ordering Party Sewerage. 9) Emptying Septic Tanks And Overflow Tanks And Removing The Waste Remaining In Them (In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law In This Regard, In Particular The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Katowice), Using Pressure And Sewage Disposal Vehicles Meeting The Requirements Specified In Road Traffic Regulations, Having Current Technical Tests Authorizing The Export Of Liquid Waste (Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 12, 2002 On Requirements For Slurry Tankers, Journal Of Laws No. 193, Item 1617) And Equipped With Appropriately Long Hoses (The Length Of The Hoses Depends On The Distance Of The Tank From The Vehicles Parking Place), 10) Cleaning Of Tanks By Removing Sediments And Other Contaminants Such As Stones, Scrap, Debris, Branches, Leaves, Etc. And Removing Waste Resulting From Cleaning Disposal, 11) Rinsing Tanks, 12) Immediately Reporting To The Ordering Party Any Identified Faults In Tanks, 13) Performing Emergency Services, In Particular Emergency Emptying Of An Overflowing Tank As A Result Of E.G. Heavy Rainfall, Failure Of The Water Supply System, Etc. 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide The Services Covered By The Contract 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week, Including On Public Holidays Throughout The Entire Validity Period Contracts. 3. The Average Number Of Sewage Cleaning Performed Per Month Using A Vehicle Is 4, And 1 Job Takes 4.5 Hours (H). In The Case Of Services Related To Emptying And Cleaning Tanks And Removing Liquid Waste, The Average Estimated Quantity Per Month Is 3 Orders Of 35 M3 Each From 4 Tanks.
