1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of License Plates For The Needs Of The Communication Department Of The District Office In Mielec. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes:2.1. Production And Successive Delivery Of License Plates And Duplicate Plates In The Types And Estimated Quantities Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz;2.2. Free Collection Of Withdrawn (Used) License Plates For Their Deletion And Scrapping In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate The Date By Which Each Delivery Is To Be Completed. Delivery Deadlines Constitute A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers.5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Collection Of License Plates Withdrawn From The Market From The Ordering Party, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 And Of 2024, Items 878 And 1222). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
