The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In The Provision Of Catering In The Preparation And Delivery Of All-Day Meals, Taking Into Account Dietary Recommendations.2. Services Will Be Provided On All Days Of The Week, Including Days Off And Holidays.3. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Total Number Of All Meals During The Term Of The Contract Has Been Set At: 21,000.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Deliver Meals To The District Hospital In Szamotuły, Ul. Sukiennicza 13.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And Detailed Conditions For The Provision Of Services Are Specified In The Opz - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.6. The Meals Will Be Balanced By The Dietitian According To Decade-Long Menus, Taking Into Account All Types Of Diets In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 12, 2025 On The Organizational Standard Of Collective Catering In Medical Entities Performing Medical Activities Such As Hospital Services, As Well As The Guidelines And Recommendations Of The Chief Sanitary Inspector Regarding Collective Catering In Healthcare Entities And The Current Nutrition Standards For The Polish Population Developed By The National Institute Of Public Health Pzh-Pib And In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended).
