1. The Subject Of The Order In Part 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Task No. 1) Is The Delivery Of An Optical Chlorophyll Electrode (1 Pc.). 2. Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements And Other Types Of Properties Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Section 1 Above, Including A Specification Of The Type And Properties Of The Equipment Mentioned There (The So-Called Technical And Scope Description Of The Delivery Item In Task No. 1) Is Provided In Annex No. 2A Swz.3. The Scope Of This Order (Implementation Of The Delivery Referred To In The Above Provisions) Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Offered Equipment From Task No. 1 To Room No. 215 Of The Faculty Of Food Sciences And Fisheries Of The West Pomeranian University Of Technology In Szczecin At Ul. K. Królewicza 4 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Equipment Delivery);2) Granting The Ordering Party A Warranty For The Equipment Offered, Delivered And Issued To The Ordering Party, However, It Is Required To Provide A Warranty For The Equipment For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Issue Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party;3) Providing The Ordering Party With Appropriate Documentation For The Equipment From Task No. 1: A) A Warranty Document For Granting The Ordering Party The Guarantee Referred To Above (To The Extent Resulting From The Submitted Offer For Task No. 1);B) Instructions For The Use And Proper Operation (Including Possibly Servicing And Maintenance) Of The Equipment From Task No. 1;C) Other Documents, If The Offered Equipment From Task No. 1, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Whether Legal Regulations Require Such Documents To Be Used By The Ordering Party (As A User) To Use The Equipment From Task No. 1.4. The Scope Of This Order (Supplies) Under Task No. 1 Also Includes Additional Services Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order Agreement In Task No. 1, At The Stage After The Equipment Under This Task Is Issued To The Ordering Party, Such As Removing Defects And Providing Other Services To The Ordering Party In Connection With The Warranty Granted For The Offered And Delivered Equipment In Task No. 1 And The Contractors Obligations Arising From The Warranty For Disadvantages.5. Details Of The Benefits Included In Section 3 And 4 Above, The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Under Task No. 1, As Well As Other Conditions Of Their Implementation Are Included In Annex No. 5 Of The Swz (Contract Template).
