Health And Social Work Services – Request For Tender Regarding Occupational Therapy For Åland. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Occupational Therapy Services In Swedish On Åland Organized By The Folkpensionsanstalten (Hereinafter Fpa) As Demanding Medical Rehabilitation. To The Part That Is Referred To In The Tender Materials To The Term Municipal Group, In The Case Of Åland, The Entire Procurement Area Is Meant. The Service That The Procurement Applies To And The Requirements That Apply To The Therapy Services Are Described In The Service Description In Appendix 1 (Therapy Within Demanding Medical Rehabilitation, Service Description, Valid From 1.1.2027). The Contract Period Is 1.11.2026–31.12.2028. The Agreement Includes Two One-Year Option Periods For The Period 1.1.2029 – 31.12.2029 And 1.1.2030-31.12.2030. The Therapy Services For The Clients In Accordance With The Agreement Begin On 1.1.2027. Fpa Requests Tenders For Therapy Visits Of 45 Minutes (Price 0, See Appendix 1 Prices And Appendix 2 Explanations To The Prices And Invoicing Instructions To The Draft Contract). The Prices Derived From The Quoted Price For A 45-Minute Therapy Visit And The Other Remuneration Paid For The Service Are Described In Appendix 1 Prices And Appendix 2 Explanations To The Prices And Billing Instructions Of The Draft Agreement. The Therapy Is Carried Out Based On The Clients Needs In The Form Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits, As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Distance Rehabilitation Or As Distance Rehabilitation According To Chapter 5 Of The Service Description (Appendix 1). The Client Must Have Access To Face-To-Face Therapy As Needed. Face-To-Face Therapy Visits Are Carried Out As Home Visits In The Clients Everyday Environment According To The Clients Needs. If The Service Provider Has Access To Business Premises, The Face-To-Face Visits Can Also Be Carried Out In The Business Premises According To The Clients Needs. Distance Rehabilitation Is Carried Out In The Form Of Video Calls. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service As A Face-To-Face Therapy Visit. The Obligation To Provide Face-To-Face Therapy Is With The Service Provider, Not Each Individual Therapist Named In The Agreement. It Is Not Mandatory For The Tenderer To Undertake To Provide The Service As Distance Rehabilitation Or As A Combination Of Face-To-Face Therapy Visits And Distance Rehabilitation. By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service To Which The Contract Applies During The Entire Validity Period Of The Contract Within Åland (Appendix 4 Åland Map And Municipalities) For Which The Tender Was Submitted. The Preliminary Total Value Of The Procurement Of Occupational Therapy For Åland For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is €110,000 And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is €116,000.
