Health And Social Work Services – Request For Tender Regarding Equestrian Therapy For Within Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Equestrian Therapy Services In Swedish For Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia Organized By The Folkpensionsanstalten (Hereinafter Fpa) As Demanding Medical Rehabilitation. The Services To Which The Procurement Applies And The Requirements Placed On The Therapy Are Described In The Service Description In Appendix 1 (Therapy Within Demanding Medical Rehabilitation, Service Description, Valid From 1.1.2027). The Contract Period Is 1.11.2026–31.12.2028. The Agreement Includes Two One-Year Option Periods For The Period 1.1.2029 – 31.12.2029 And 1.1.2030-31.12.2030. The Therapy Services For The Clients In Accordance With The Agreement Begin On 1.1.2027 Fpa Requests Tenders For Therapy Visits Of 45 Minutes (Price 0, See Appendix 1 Prices And Appendix 2 Explanations To The Prices And Invoicing Instructions To The Draft Agreement). The Prices Derived From The Quoted Price For A 45-Minute Therapy Visit And The Other Remuneration Paid For The Service Are Described In Appendix 1 Prices And Appendix 2 Explanations To The Prices And Billing Instructions Of The Draft Agreement. The Therapy Is Carried Out As A Face-To-Face Visit According To Point 7.5 Places For Carrying Out Water Or Riding Therapy In The Service Description At The Service Producers Own Or Rented Place Of Business Or At Another Place For Carrying Out (Other Spaces For Riding Therapy). By Submitting A Tender, The Tenderer Undertakes To Provide The Therapy Service To Which The Agreement Applies During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract Within The Group Of Municipalities (Appendix 4 Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia Map And Municipalities) For Which The Tender Has Been Submitted. The Preliminary Total Value Of The Procurement Of Equestrian Therapy For Ostrobothnia And Middle Ostrobothnia For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement (Including Any Option Years) Without Vat Is €80,000 And The Maximum Value Without Vat Is €100,000. The Preliminary Values And Maximum Values For The Framework Agreement Per Municipal Group For The Entire Validity Period Of The Agreement (Including Any Option Years) Are Described In Appendix 3 Therapy Amount Procured To The Tender Request.
