Construction Work For Gas Pipelines - Gas Distribution Pipeline Reconstruction Works. Reconstruction Works On The Gas Distribution Network For Mvm Főgáz Földgázhárosti Kft. As Follows: Substructure (Demolition, Earthwork, Finishing Works, Temporary Ancillary Facilities, Demolition/Abandonment Of Existing Pipelines) And Superstructure (Pipe Installation, Welding, Pipeline Construction Without Excavation) Of Pe Material Gas Distribution Pipelines Of Different Diameters And Pressure Levels And Branch Distribution Pipelines Built Together With Them Carrying Out Its Work Either Together With Planning Or According To The Design Documentation Provided By The Customer. Carrying Out The Substructure (Demolition, Earthwork, Finishing Works, Temporary Ancillary Facilities, Demolition/Abandonment Of Existing Pipelines) And Superstructure (Pipe Installation, Welding, Pipeline Construction Without Excavation) Works Of Gas Distribution Pipelines Made Of Steel Of Different Diameters And Pressure Levels And The Branch Distribution Pipelines Built Together With Them, As Well As The Infrastructure And Superstructure Necessary To Establish The Active Protection Of The Pipelines Against Corrosion (Track Cable Laying, Reconstruction, Measurement, Adjustment Of Corrosion Protection Equipment, Dismantling/Abandonment Of Existing Equipment/Lines) Either Together With Planning Or According To The Design Documentation Provided By The Customer. Performing The Reconstruction Work Of Pressure Control Stations With Different Capacities And Pressure Levels And Designs Together With Planning Or According To The Design Documentation Provided By The Customer (Without Production). The Pressure Control Equipment Is Provided By The Bidder. Delivery To The Site Is Arranged By The Bidder. Planned Quantities (Basic Quantity) During The Entire Duration Of The Framework Contract: Planned Reconstruction Of 17 Km Of Distribution Line And Planned Reconstruction Of 12 Pressure Regulators, As Well As Other Works Related To The Gas Network (Made With Welded Joints, Including Both Substructure And Superstructure Work Parts, Technical Inspection, Geodetic Measurement) Along With The Design, Or According To The Design Documentation Provided By The Contracting Authority During Individual Orders. The Current System Usage Fee Of The E-Public Utility Will Continue To Be Invoiced To The Bidder In All Relevant Planning Cases. 253/1997 Under Publicized Environment. (Xii. 20.) Govt. Decree § 8, Paragraph (2) Point A) Must Be Understood As A Fully Publicized Environment. Substructure Work Parts Are To Be Understood As Parts Of Work Related To Demolition, Earthworks And Restoration (Including Coverings). Superstructure Work Parts Shall Be Understood As The Construction And Installation Work Parts Of The Gas Distribution Line Or Gas Distribution Network Pressure Control Station. It Is The Obligation Of The Winning Bidder To Fulfill The Warranty Obligation Within The Warranty Period With Regard To The Reconstruction Work Performed By It, Primarily By Correcting The Defect. The Amount Of Work Expected To Be Called Off By The Tenderer At The Same Time Includes Both Substructure And Superstructure Work Parts.
