Construction Supervision Services – Cs4 – Technical Assistance Services For The Supervision Of Work Within The Framework Of The Regional Project For The Development Of Water And Wastewater Infrastructure In Neamț County, In The Period 2021-2027. The Technical Assistance Contract Has As Its Main Activity The Activity Of Technical Assistance For The Supervision Of Works. The Technical Assistance For The Supervision Of The Works (At-Sl) During The Implementation Includes Specific Supervision Activities In The Pre-Construction Phase, During The Construction Period And In The Post-Construction Period: - Verification Of The Conformity Of The Execution Of The Works With The Requirements Of The Terms Of Reference, The Contractual Clauses And The Offer Submitted By The Contractor; - The Inclusion Of The Execution Of The Works In The Budget And Duration Of The Contract; - Certification For Payment Of All Works Performed; - Verification Of Works In Accordance With Law 10/1995 On Quality In Construction. The Activity Of The Supervising Consultant (Engineer/Site Inspector) Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Romanian Construction Legislation, Namely Law 10/1995 (Construction Quality Law), As Well As In Compliance With The Execution And Design And Execution Contract Conditions. The Activities Listed In The Following Are Activities Specific To The Assistant For The Supervision Of The Works And Must Be Considered As The Minimum Requirements, And If Other Related Activities Are Necessary In Order To Achieve The Objectives.
