The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Purpose Of Cooperation In Securing Tickets For All Airlines (Including Low-Cost Airlines) And Other Services Related To The Organization Of Business Trips For The Needs Of Employees Of The University Of South Bohemia In České Budějovice, Especially As Part Of The Erasmus+ Project, And Others According To The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Assumes An Average Monthly Volume Of Ordered Services In The Number Of 8 (96 Per Year). Services Are Mostly Ordered For Individuals, And To A Lesser Extent For Groups Of People. In The Case Of Groups, These Are Usually Groups Of 2-3 People. The Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Partial Orders Through The Online Reservation System According To The Current Needs Of The Client. The Online Reservation System Will Be Made Available To Authorized Persons Of The Contracting Authority. In Rare Cases, E-Mail Orders Will Be Used. The Online Reservation System Must Meet At Least The Following Requirements: (A) The System Enables The Establishment And Management Of User Accounts For Authorized Employees Of The Contracting Authority, Through Which Access To The Reservation System Is Enabled To The Extent Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract. (B) The System Enables Connection To Multiple Global Distribution Systems (Gds) Or Other Comparable Reservation Databases Used In The Field Of Tourism, To The Extent That It Enables The Search And Reservation Of The Offered Services.. (C) The System Enables The Display Of Multiple Available Variants Of The Offered Locations Or Services And Displays The Final Price For These Variants, I.E. The Price Including All Mandatory Fees And Taxes Related To The Given Reservation. (D) The System Makes It Possible To Make A Reservation Or Order Of Standard Services Directly Within The System Without The Need For An Individual Manual Response By The Suppliers Employee. (E) The System Allows The History Of Reservations And Orders To Be Traced Back, Including Data On The Date And Time Of The Reservation Or Change And The Identification Of The User Who Performed The Action. (F) The Reservation System Is Available Online 24/7, With The Exception Of Planned Shutdowns, Which Are Notified To The Client In Advance. (G) The System Enables The Sending Of A Tax Document (Invoice) Or Other Accounting Document Corresponding To Legal Regulations To The E-Mail Address Specified By The Client Or The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract. The Subject Matter Of This Public Contract Is Defined In Detail By The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement), A Copy Of Which Is Part Of The Procurement Documentation. By Submitting A Bid For A Public Contract, The Participant Accepts These Terms And Conditions Fully And Without Reservation. The Contracting Authority Will Request The Provision Of Services Based On The Agreement Continuously Throughout Its Duration According To Its Current Needs. The Minimum Requirements For The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Defined By The Commercial And Other Contractual Conditions, Which Are Part Of The Tender Documentation Annex.
