The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program For The Project Titled Renewable Energy Sources In The Energy Cluster Of The Myszków District Task: Purchase And Installation Of Thermal And Electrical Energy Storage Installations In The Myszków Commune, Purchase And Installation Of Heat Pump Installations In Residential Buildings In The Myszków Commune, Purchase And Installation Of Photovoltaic Installations In Residential Buildings In The Myszków Commune, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For This Procedure. 3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, Including The Contractors Obligations, Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled Persons, Because The Nature Of This Order Does Not Determine The Occurrence Of Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled Persons. 5.
