The Subject Of Procurement Is The Successive Procurement Of Ornamental And Horticultural Shrubs During A Period Of One Year From The Conclusion Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Types, Quantities And Specifications Specified In The Cost List. The Specified Quantities Are Approximate And Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Customer. The Delivered Plant Material Must Be Healthy, Free Of Pests And Diseases, With A Properly Developed Root System And A Habit Appropriate To The Type And Age Of The Plant, With Mandatory Container Cultivation Unless Otherwise Specified. The Dimensions And Quality Standard Must Correspond To The Parameters From The Cost List. All Plant Material Must Be Marked With A Permanent Label And Accompanied By A Valid Plant Passport In Accordance With Plant Health Regulations. Delivery Is Carried Out Successively, According To The Needs Of The Customer.
