1. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Delivery Of 1 New Rotary Mower With A Tipping Hopper For The Needs Of The Summer Stadium In Valašské Meziříčí. 2. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Follows From Annex No. 1 Of This Call For Tenders - Technical Specification, Which Is An Annex To The Call. 3. All Elements And Components Of The Delivery (Materials, Products And Equipment) Must Meet, In Addition To The Requirements Of The Client Specified In The Technical Specification, Also The Requirements Of Generally Binding Technical Conditions And Conditions Specified In Legal And Technical Regulations, Čsn And En. 4. The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide Warranty And Post-Warranty Service And Repairs Of The Subject Of The Public Order In The Authorized Service Center Of The Manufacturer. Regular Warranty Inspections Of The Equipment And Service Operations According To The Hours Driven Are Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract For The Duration Of The Warranty Period. 5. Part Of The Subject Of Performance (Part Of The Tender Price) Is Also The Provision Of: • Transportation Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Of Performance, • Demonstration Of The Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order, • Putting The Subject Of The Contract Into Operation According To Applicable Legal Regulations, • Conducting Basic Operator Training. 6. If The Defect Is Not Removed Within 48 Hours Of Notification, The Supplier Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Machine With The Same Or Better Specifications, Free Of Charge, Until The Defect Is Removed. 7. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract Follows From The Purchase Contract (See Attachment No. 3 Of The Call), Which Is Attached To The Call.
