Subject: Delivery, After Prior Request, Of Food Products - Packaged Food And Pasta Products, Pulses And Spices For The Needs Of Kindergartens In The Territory Of Pernik Municipality The Delivery Of Food Products Is Carried Out After Prior Request, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority For The Needs Of The Final Recipient Sites - The Specified Kindergartens, Located On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pernik. The Delivery Of The Products, The Subject Of The Order, Is Carried Out Within 24 Hours Of Receipt Of The Request Of The Contracting Authority Or According To A Previously Prepared Schedule Approved By The Contracting Authority And The Contractor. In The Event Of An Urgent Need, The Final Recipient Sites Reserve The Right To Request Express Delivery Within 3 (Three) Hours. Deliveries Will Be Made Within The Working Hours Of The Sites. The Supplied Food Products Must Meet The Requirements Of The Food Law And All Other Sanitary, Veterinary-Sanitary Hygiene And Other Norms Established By The Legislation In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Products Must Be Accompanied By A Commercial Document Containing At Least The Following Information: Registration Number Of The Supplier Company, Recipient, Place Of Destination (Object Of Receipt), Type (Assortment), Batch Number (L), Quantity (Number, Kilograms, Liters), Expiration Date And Origin / Certificate Of The Delivered Goods. A Detailed List Of Food Products, As Well As The Conditions For Making Deliveries, Are Specified In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. ​​​​​​​
