The Contractor Should Provide The Contracting Authority With A Service For Forecasting Consumption, Preparation Of Hourly Schedules, Administration Of The Information Flow To Eso Ead, As Well As Responsibility For Balancing. The Term For The Performance Of The Activities Under The Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The First Registered Schedule For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract Or Until The Maximum Expenditure Limit Under The Contract Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First.
