The Public Order Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Medical Devices/Consumables, According To The Types And Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. Code Of The Order, According To The General Glossary Of Terms: 33140000 - Medical Consumables. The Contracting Authority Divides The Order Into 6 (Six) Separate Items. Separate Items No. 1÷3 Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Present Procurement Documentation. The Separate Positions Contain Independent Nomenclatures. Presentation Of Variants In The Offer Is Not Allowed. The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Contract. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 (Eur 79,998.77, Value After Currency Conversion) For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Bearing In Mind The Above, The Following Specific Positions Will Be Assigned In The Order Applicable According To Their Individual Value - By Direct Assignment, As They Are Below The Thresholds Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop: Separate Item No. 4 - Sterile Surgical Drapes For Use With The Zeiss Pentero 800S Visualization System Will Be Awarded In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. Separate Position No. 5 - Elisa Kits For The Study Of Autoantibodies And Serological Virological Indicators Will Be Assigned In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. Separate Position No. 6 - Reagents, Kits And Solutions For Flow Cytometric Study Of Cellular Immunity (Facscan) Will Be Assigned In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. The Total Estimated Value Of All Individual Items (Individual Items No. 1÷6) Included In The Public Procurement Is Eur 1,636,960.65 Excluding Vat.
