Tenders are invited for Development of the National Framework for Municipal Climate Action. Development of the National Framework for Municipal Climate Action IKI Small Grants Programme IndyACT is implementing a national initiative to strengthen and harmonize municipal climate action in Lebanon. Municipalities are increasingly engaging in climate mitigation and adaptation activities; however, stronger alignment with national climate priorities, reporting processes, and institutional arrangements is required. IndyACT seeks to contract a legally registered institution/company to lead the development of a National Framework for Municipal Climate Action through a structured, inclusive, and participatory process.
